Throughout the brand development for Tookie Did It, we drew inspiration from our client's unique and intricate braid designs and patterns. We designed typography that mimics the swoops and curves of laid edges and baby hairs, reflecting the finishing touches of each hairstyle.
To establish a brand voice, we incorporated phrases and terminology our client frequently uses when braiding. For example, "Swoop’t," the edge control that helps define and swoop your edges.
We created colorful, eye-catching packaging that is both stylish and functional. The Tookie Did It product packaging features bold typography and unified brand elements, such as waves and vibrant colors. Additionally, we developed branded product names that play on her signature use of “t” instead of "-ed."
